We’ve been asked this question about payment transfers so many times by new clients. As a result, we are delighted to provide all the necessary information here in order to make it easier and more understandable for our clients to follow while sending funds.
Payment can be made in one of three ways:
1. Wire bank transfer 2. Western Union Zarco Money Transfer 3. International Money Gram
We accept Western Union and International Money Gram payments for the purpose of collecting sample payments or small orders totaling less than $300.00 ($/€/£).

Western Union Payment Methods: Western Union accepts payments in two ways. (1) Go to your nearest Zarco Exchange office’s local representative and provide them with your sender and receiver information. They’ll take the net amount, plus some money transfer fees, and give you a 14-digit transfer code. (2) You can also complete this transaction by filling out a form online. This transaction necessitates the use of a credit card, among other things. Please e-mail or fax the 14-digit code provided, and we will receive payment through the local Western Union office.
Important: If you don’t have a Western Union or Money Gram location nearby, you can send small payments via wire transfer. In addition to regular and wire transfer fees, you will be charged bank fees, which our bank deducts from our realized payments. Please note that our bank deducts around 16.00 GBP/25.00 USD/20.00 EURO from each payment we receive here.
Please notice that we do not accept payments by CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL.
Payments by CHEQUE: We rarely receive payments through CHEQUE unless it is unavoidable. Our bank requires 15 days for cheque clearance and charges us 15.00 GBP for collection and clearing services. Please add this 15.00 GBP to the top of your net invoice so that we receive the net amount. Please keep in mind that production on your item will begin only after payment has cleared our bank. As a result, the time required for committed delivery is not included in this check clearing time.
